Grounded aerobics, simple choreography, with intervals of body toning set to energetic music. Train cardio and muscles simultaneously. |

High energy workout with Bobby Fisher, renown for his motivation and charisma. The class involves kickboxing moves, cardiovascular and strength training. |
Boot Camp |
Boot Camp is a military based work out... but don't let the word "military" scare you off. It's something that anyone can do, whether you're in shape, kind of in shape or way out of shape. It doesn't matter if you're 15 or 65. Everyone is able to work at their own pace and no one is judged on their inability to perform certain exercises. We're all equals just having fun and striving on bettering ourselves. Although you will be encouraged to push yourself so you can see how tough you really are! |
