Class Descriptions

Aerobic Intervals
Cardio n' Cut
Grounded aerobics, simple choreography, with intervals of body toning set to energetic music.  Train cardio and muscles simultaneously. 
Aqua Aerobics
An invigorating water workout combining cardio exercise with upper and lower body conditioning. Perfect for all levels and for people with injuries.
Cardio Kickboxing
Intense & fun cardio workout consisting of upper and lower body kick boxing - to boost cardio output and strengthen and tone muscles, as well as build a strong core. Great stress reducer, too!
Pilates Mat
Mat pilates develops core strength, help tone muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. Maximum results in terms of good abs and back strength.
Power Sculpt
Combination of cardio, using step to elevate heart rate, and toning & conditioning of upper & lower body muscle groups. 
Step Circuit / Interval
Step aerobics with intervals of toning – squats, lunges, etc.
Step n' Sculpt
Step intervals for all levels using varied weights throughout the class - For a Lean Body and a Healthy Heart!
Total Chisel /
Total Body Conditioning/ Strength Circuit
Strengthen, condition, tone and define every major muscle group in the body. With high-energy music this class is fun effective and challenging for everyone from beginners to advanced weight trainers. Decrease fat, increase lean mass.
Vinyasa Yoga
Beginner to intermediate flow yoga workout.  An experience to re-connect you to your personal sense of spirit and strengthen mind & heart, as well as, your body.
Yoga (All)
A class based on an ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques. Classes are based on different styles of Yoga.
ZUMBA
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
