William Tucker
Qualifications:

William has been a trainer at SAC since January 2002. He holds a degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in athletic training, and has significant experience training high school and college level football, basketball and gymnastic teams. All trainers at SAC are CPR certified.

Background/Philosophy:

His favorite part of the exercise triad (cardio/strength/flexibility) is strength training, as the benefits last an entire lifetime, bringing functional improvement to every individual.

William says he enjoys working with everyone, especially former athletes who would like to return to the sport they love. He helps by working with them to increase their physical activity and strength. He has a special affinity for tandem (buddy) training as friendly competition helps folks achieve a greater personal understanding and love of increased physical activity.

William says, “My personal belief is exercise is the one of the most important things in life. It helps improves a person’s daily life and when I can help, I'm very happy.”
