Susan Morris

 

Background/Philosophy:

Susan joined the SAC Training Team in September 2006.  Susan has been a Stamford resident for over 20 years.  She was an EMT and a certified Cardiac Technician in the State of New York.  Susan is a single mother of two teenage children and is deeply involved in the nutrition and wellness of young adults.

Susan previously owned her own business in Greenwich for 17 years before entering the fitness industry three years ago.  Susan is a certified personal trainer by American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).  Additionally, Susan is also certified in Nutrition and Wellness (by AFPA), so that her training is complemented by nutritional advice for general wellness for people of all ages.  Her passions in child obesity, sports nutrition and training,, geriatric fitness and healthy lifestyles allow her to diversify in reaching out to all.  Susan also teaches an interval program at the middle school level, which involves aerobics, strength training and spinning.

Susan’s personality is uplifting and encouraging and she believes that every client can reach their goals with dedication and motivation.  In her view everyone can succeed as long as they have a positive outlook - they will get results!
