Sally passion for fitness and sport began early in her life with dance, tennis, swiimming, biking and gymnastics. She has taught ballroom dance and aerobics and has been involved in fitness and functional training as her latest endeavor. Sally holds a Personal Training Certification with AFAA and a Group Fitness Certification with ATI. She is also certified in Pilates and often incorporates Pilates and Yoga moves with her personal fitness clients to achieve the strong core that is central to overall fitness. Sally graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Ohio Wesleyan University and had worked in the hedge fund and financial business before devoting her life fulltime to the fitness industry.
Sally motivates her clients with her infectious love for fitness and sport. The human body was designed for movement and she holds that philosophy close to her heart. The journey to strive for greater physical strength, endurance and flexibility in order to achieve balance and health in all aspects of life constitutes the core of her goals for her clients and herself.
