Background/Philosophy:
In addition to meeting each client’s unique needs, Mariann believes the key to helping her clients to reach their personal health and wellness goals encompasses three basic areas: cardiovascular fitness, weight training and the practice of good nutritional habits.   Every workout session should support each area and be planned in advance to ensure client safety and satisfaction.  Mariann also believes in the importance of incorporating functional training techniques to create a well rounded fitness program.  Functional training aids in providing variety to the exercise program, mimics everyday activities and/or sport specific skills, and serves to increase overall workout effectiveness.
