Physical fitness is defined as: The ability to function efficiently and effectively without injury, to enjoy leisure, to be healthy, to resist disease ,and to cope with emergency situations.
My mission is to help you reach your best level of physical fitness. As a personal trainer I will work closely with you to custom-tailor a program built around your fitness goals, lifestyle, workout goals and stage in life. It will help you improve your:

My training is influenced by 20 years of study in Karate, Aikido, and Tai-Chi. This training has enabled me to trek through the Himalayas, the Peruvian Andes, climb Mount Rainier. It keeps me cycling 1,500 miles a year, and working out one to two hours a day.
