Background/Philosophy:
Bob spent several years in college training with a certified strength coach and years later began competing in the sport of Power Lifting. In less than three years Bob was competing at a national level.

According to Bob, “A good trainer has to have experience in what they are teaching in order to deliver the optimal results to his/her client”. Bob has trained using a number of techniques and is always learning ways to better educate himself and his clients.

His philosophy of training is that people are more capable than they think: they just need to believe that they can achieve their goals and stay dedicated. Training needs to be modified to meet the needs all age groups, genders, and focused on specific goals, but it is truly the effort one puts in that will determine what they get out of it in the end.

If you are truly ready to move to that next level and achieve your goals with the help of a terrific trainer, give Bob a call today.
