Labor Day Hours: 8am until Noon. Sharon’s Step Circuit at 930am & Ellen’s Aqua Aerobics at 930am will still meet.
Next let’s look at the Group Schedule changes which will start after Labor Day.
A new class with FREE trials is set to start in September called “Dance with Me Baby.” Any child from “Walking Age” to approximately 5 years old are encouraged to attend with Mom or Dad or Caregiver or Grandma or Uncle or any adult to share in some exercise fun. Some class availability left for 1030 am sessions as well as 330pm sessions. To get more information and to register, email Rachel at creativemotionCT@gmail.com.
SAC also welcomes back Group Instructor, Lisa Brehio, who will be teaching a new class, Intense Intervals, on Fridays at 930am. A wonderful class that will get your heart pumping.
Kelly Arteaga will be teaching a Zumba class with weights on Thursdays at 6pm. This class will be great for those who like to Zumba and those who like to tone their muscles.
Wednesdays Aqua Aerobics class will be renamed “Water Lillies” as both Ellen and Diane have special plans for Wednesdays. Males and females of all ages are encouraged to attend.
SAC t-shirts will be given out during home Stamford High School football games this upcoming season to support our local school only a few blocks away. Go Black Knights of Stamford High!
Special Thank You to all who were able to attend our Del Frisco Happy Hour last month. We will certainly put together another social event there in the near future.
Remember to Save the Dates for the annual Greek Festival which occurs this year from Sept. 21 thru Sept. 24. Amazing food, rides for the kids, car raffle, and so much more during the Greek Festa here at SAC and Archangels!
Please note that the women’s shower area (including steam, sauna and showers) will be off limits from this Wednesday, August 30, at 8pm until 10pm as well as Thursday, August 31, from 530am until 1pm for maintenance. So sorry in advance for any inconvenience.

August Health Tip of the Month: Add fruit to your cereal bowl before you put in your cereal. That way it is fruit with some cereal as opposed to the other way around. And use a teaspoon over a tablespoon–for more portion control. Two tips in one month!
